Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Additional processing time may be required during holiday seasons or for custom-made items. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Standard Delivery Options
- UK Mainland: 3-5 business days (£6.95)
- Free delivery on orders over £200
- European Union: 5-10 business days (£14.95)
- Rest of World: 10-15 business days (£24.95)
Express Delivery
- Next Day UK: £12.95 (order before 1:00 PM)
- International Express: Available at checkout
Special Packaging
All porcelain items are carefully packaged with double-box protection and cushioning materials to prevent damage during transit. Signature required upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress through our carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery problems, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays once items are with the carrier, but we will assist where possible.
